Addendum
I'm glad that my request being reviewed by the committee, regarding my motivation, I'm always wanted to contribute in DNS community, moreover, I'm handling the resolver for Saudi Telecom Company which serve more than 20 M subscribers, I'm also handling the authoritative servers. I'm looking to increase my exposure with a great committee like yours. I would like to share my expertise in the resolver area which I believe it will add to your study about the resolvers. I'm sure that I'm going to do my best to be an active and helpful member with your support for sure.
In the end, I had multiple discussions with RSSAC members in ICANN 63 meeting, and we are sharing the same concerns.
