The ICANN Office of the Ombudsman has posted recently drafted standards of practice for Online Dispute Resolution. These will be translated into French, German, Spanish, Chinese and Arabic in the coming weeks, and those translations will be posted to the site. The Ombudsman congratulates the colleagues at the National Centre for Technology and Dispute Resolution for their work in preparing these standards.
