Root Server System Advisory Committee (RSSAC)

The RSSAC is a group of root server operators and specialists that provides insights and advice to the ICANN Board and community about the management of the Internet’s Root Server System.

RSSAC Caucus Members

The RSSAC Caucus is a broad group of Domain Name System and Root Server System (RSS) experts who provide input and advice to the RSSAC on various technical topics. The caucus’s members come from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines, and they help the RSSAC perform research and produce publications on topics related to the operation, administration, security, and integrity of the RSS. It plays an important role in ensuring that the RSSAC’s work is grounded in both technical and practical considerations.

The first members of the RSSAC Caucus were appointed in July 2014. The RSSAC Caucus includes all RSSAC members and others who are appointed by the committee.
