After a busy November and a productive meeting in Buenos Aires at ICANN 48, we are gearing up for the holiday season here at ICANN. As in previous years, our global offices will be closed from 25 December 2013 through 1 January 2014.

The Global Domains Division will observe the holiday schedule, but critical operational services will continue to function normally. These services include IANA, SLA monitoring, EBERO functions, the Trademark Clearinghouse, the Registry Reporting Interface, and name collision report monitoring.  We will support non-critical functions and requests based on priority.

Processes that are initiated by ICANN staff, such as the delivery of invitations to Contracting, Registry Agreement signing and Pre-Delegation Testing, will resume after the break. We encourage you to keep this schedule in mind as you contact the Customer Service Center.

We wish you and yours a happy holiday season, and we look forward to another exciting year.
