Public Comment is a vital part of our multistakeholder model. It provides a mechanism for stakeholders to have their opinions and recommendations formally and publicly documented. It is an opportunity for the ICANN community to effect change and improve policies and operations.

A clarified scope is a premise to tackling what we are trying to mitigate and these amendments to the Base gTLD RA and RAA are a welcome development.
The expression “actionable evidence” could be further clarified to ensure a consistent and effective application.
Confirmation of reporting to the notifier is a useful addition to improve trust and transparency of the process.
