The following is a summary of discussions, actions taken and actions identified:

1. Draft FY18 Operating Plan and Budget (FY18 OP&B) – The BFC reviewed the revised draft FY18 OP&B, which has been updated to account for the discussion at the BFC meeting on 2 March 2017. The revised draft FY18 OP&B shows a balanced budget of US$142.8 million for ICANN Operations including PTI, with a contingency of US$6 million. The BFC approved the publication of the revised draft FY18 OP&B for public comment.
