C6 EPDP Team Response (pages 63, 64)

In the end it says "As the EPDP Team agreed to not recommend the machine-readable XML format as the required format for IDN Tables, guideline 6a is consistent with the EPDP Team’s agreement."

However, this is not the case, guideline 6a is actually inconsistent with the EPDP's response. The guideline states that RFC 7940 MUST be used, whereas the EPDP Team does not recommend the XML LGR format from RFC7940 as the mandatory format for IDN tables.
