The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has published its fiscal year 2024 (FY24) first quarter (Q1) management financial results. ICANN also published the FY24 Q1 management financial results for its Public Technical Identifiers (PTI) affiliate.
ICANN's financial position remains strong. Funding through September 2023 is flat to budget, though slightly lower than the same quarter in FY23. Expenses are slightly higher than budgeted primarily due to higher than planned costs for travel and personnel, but flat to the prior year's expenses.
